  Was putting in a bathroom for a client found there were a couple of things that needed changing. The worst part was finding out they ordered a specific bath, they were given a different model. When they asked if they could get the one ordered they were told "it's not available anymore". Worst part was they asked about a refund and were told not possible which is against the law. Found out it was a guy called Shaun and what's worse is apparently he is the owner. I'd advice them to treat customers with a lot more respect.
