  Hi all, i recently visited my local cex tamworth one day last week, however upon buying tom clancys the division for the ps4 i was served by a young girl, firstly as i was at the counter she never even checked the disc for marks, so i asked if i could check the condition, as i checked (and not exaggerating here) the state of the disc was absolutely disgusting, full of finger prints and scratches not even a disc cleaning machine would fix it, i blatantly refused the disc and asked for another, even the other disc was dirty, the worst part about this experience was the girl said, and i quote- ( if your still not happy call back in and we will clean it for you!) I couldnt believe this! All in all i will NOT in capitals use this store again i will now shop elsewhere, this was my experience.
